Concert Choir tours United Kingdom

Thirty-seven members of the Muskingum University Concert Choir studied and performed in England and Scotland from May 12-20, 2018, under the direction of Associate Professor of Music Dr. Zebulon Highben.

The tour began with two worship performances in London, including one at historic St. Paul’s Cathedral. Three concert performances followed, in Newcastle Upon Tyne, Edinburgh, and Glasgow.

Dr. Arnold Speaks at Woodrow Wilson Center

Associate Professor of Political Science Dr. Richard Arnold delivered a talk at the Woodrow Wilson Center in Washington, D.C. on April 10, 2018.

Entitled “Football in a Time of Sanctions: The 2018 World Cup in Russia,” Dr. Arnold’s talk focused on the international controversy surrounding this year’s event.

Dr. Soto-Cabán selected for PKAL Institute

Associate Professor of Engineering Dr. Sandra Soto-Cabán has been selected to participate in a coveted Project Kaleidoscope (PKAL) program sponsored by the Association of American Colleges and Universities.

She will attend the PKAL STEM Leadership Institute held in Adamstown, Maryland in July 2018.

The institute is designed to support faculty engaged in the national transformation of undergraduate education in the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) fields.
