On Feb. 2, 2024, Muskingum University’s 2023 Athletic Hall of Fame class was inducted during the Night of Impact celebration. The event was presented by Carol Goff & Associates Real Estate.
For the first time, the Night of Impact was held on campus, in the Bullock Health & Wellness Complex (BHWC).

Muskingum University’s Brewed Awakenings student-run coffeehouse offers weekly opportunities for students to engage with each other and build community, while learning more about the wide variety of organizations across campus.
Once known on campus as Kelley Coffee House, Brewed Awakenings takes place every Thursday evening during the semester in the Chess Center. The free coffee shop offerings include hot and iced coffees, teas, and other refreshers, along with flavored creamers and syrups, and light snacks.
Muskingum University hosted a College Fair for regional high school students and high school counselors on March 7, 2024, in the Bullock Health and Wellness Complex (BHWC).
More than 40 colleges and universities were represented, including Muskingum. More than 300 students from 15 high schools in surrounding communities attended. The fair included a college planning session and a panel of current college students representing private and public universities of various sizes.
Five Muskingum University students who are preparing to become K-12 social studies teachers attended the National Council for History Education Conference in Cleveland, Ohio on March 8-9, 2024.
Those attending the conference were: Amaris Carpenter ’24, Laken Kerns ’25, Dylan Moore ’25, Lyndi Slack ’24, and Avery Walker ’24.
A group of 10 Muskingum University students traveled to London, England for a Spring Break study abroad trip from March 2-10, 2024.
The trip was led by Assistant Professor of Media Communications Michael Carvaines and Associate Professor of English Kekoa Kaluhiokalani.

Summer Sessions are classes open to all traditional undergraduate students at Muskingum. The sessions include a variety of online courses taught by Muskingum faculty throughout the summer. Courses will be offered for the following dates:
