Ignition to Co-Sponsor Ignite Zanesville on campus

Muskingum University's Ignition organization will co-host an Ignite Zanesville event at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 21 in Boyd Center Center, Room 336. Ignite Zanesville will feature a discussion with alumni Daniel Jennings and AJ Kazmierczak, operators of Jennings' Java. In addition, attendees will have the opportunity to network with regional professionals.

Muskingum University Launches Second-Degree Accelerated Nursing Program

Offering Individuals with a bachelor’s degree in a field outside of nursing, a path to the BSN 

Muskingum University has announced the launch of a new track in its Bachelor of Science Nursing program beginning fall 2020.  The accelerated program (ABSN) is designed for individuals who hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in a field other than nursing and want to join the growing healthcare industry as a registered nurse. 

Muskingum University Recognizes Alumni with Emerging Alumni Awards

Muskingum University recognized Eric Anderson, Sarah McBeth, Julie Travaglini with Emerging Alumni Awards. They were honored at the Alumni Banquet as part of the University’s Reunion Weekend at Homecoming.

The Emerging Alumni Awards recognize and honor Muskingum University alumni, who in the first 15 years of their careers, have made significant contributions to their profession and their world.

Muskingum University Honors Alumni with Distinguished Alumni Awards

Muskingum University recognized Ramone Davenport, Jane Marshall, Alicia “Kaye” Matthews, and Dennis O’Neil as a distinguished alumni at the annual Alumni Banquet. The event was held during the University’s Reunion Weekend at Homecoming.

Muskingum University’s Distinguished Service Awards recognize and honor alumni who have distinguished themselves through their professional endeavors and exemplary service to mankind.

More than $1,200 raised for Cancer Concern Coalition

The Muskingum University community raised more than $1,200 for the Cancer Concern Coalition. Students, faculty and staff gathered on the Quad Wednesday to show awareness and support by wearing pink. T-shirts were sold with the proceeds as part of the overall donation.

The Cancer Concern Coalition serves in the Morgan, Muskingum and Perry counties.
