Carolyn "Joanne" Homola Worstall, Class of 1957

Carolyn “Joanne” Worstall, age 89, of The Plains passed away peacefully at home on March 3, 2025.  She was active in various organizations over the years, too numerous to mention.  She retired from Beacon School in Athens, Ohio, was a member of the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd, church lunch program and church choir, an Associate of the Community of the Holy Spirit, White Shrine of Jerusalem, Art and Thimble service club, volunteer at various schools and service groups to name a few.

Her life was shared and enjoyed with her husband, Don Frazier, up until his passing.  They enjoyed traveling together, especially abroad, and spent several winters in Florida.  She was preceded in death by her husband Don Frazier and her parents William T. and Fern M. Homola.  

She was a loving mother and survived by Mark S. Worstall, son and Michele R. Parsons (Doug), daughter.  She had 6 grandchildren, Shannon (Brian) Castor, Shawn (Ashton) Parsons, Jerri (Jason) Schultz, Mark Worstall Jr., Cindy (Fred) Sanicky, and Glen (Liz) Worstall.  Great grandchildren, Rhett Parsons; Connor and Ily Schultz; Ariel, Cheyanne, and Kaylyn Sanicky; Bowen Worstall and Gage Worstall.  Also survived by stepchildren, Kathi (Tim) Foraker; Pat (Diane) Frazier; and Andy (Glenda) Frazier. Step grandchildren, Julie Foraker; Andrea (Logan) Vair; Daneesa Stoltey; Alex Frazier; Justin Frazier; Jackson Frazier and Benjamin Frazier.  Step great grandchildren, David and Joshua Hamilton, Murphy Vair, and McKenna Castor.
