Muskingum Leadership Academy

In the first workshop of the Muskingum Leadership Academy, you learn about aspects of developing the leader. Through the workshop and touchpoints, you will learn about what qualities are present in effective leaders and challenges within leadership. Understanding and developing emotional intelligence is the first step in being an effective leader. Through research-based resources, you will explore self-awareness, self-management, empathy, social awareness, and relationship management. The outcomes from semester one will provide a foundation for your leadership.
