Muskingum Leadership Academy

In the third workshop of the Muskingum Leadership Academy, you will learn the importance of understanding the context of the leadership process. It’s not just about the leader. The leader has to consider the team, the obstacles they face, and the larger context in which the leadership process is embedded. What might work in one situation might not work in another. Leaders must consider multiple stakeholders and contingencies that may affect their ability to achieve their goals. In this workshop and touchpoints, participants will learn how to better work with their team, understand how the culture affects the leadership process, and learn the importance of adapting to the context in which they are working to achieve their goals.
