Kelly Stacy, Class of 1985
Kelly Michelle Stacy, of West Chester, passed away unexpectedly on December 29, 2023. Born to John D. and Margie (nee Mahan) Stacy on May 16, 1963, in Cincinnati, Ohio. A graduate of Muskingum College with a degree in Psychology. Kelly went on to work for Alkermes as the senior human resources manager and business partner for the last 18 years. She enjoyed going to work every day and met lifelong friends who became her family along the way. Kelly had a love of nature, gardening, and flowers. She had a green thumb when it came to planting anything. Her patience drew her to the "she shed" everyday where she tended to her plants. Animals and gardening are what made her happy. She was the aunt of all aunts. Dedicated, devoted and supportive. She spent time with her nieces and nephews every chance she could. Together at family gatherings or holidays and in individual settings, like the Super Bowl in LA with her nephew. She loved them dearly and the feeling was mutual. Kelly was a generous caring soul who loved nothing more than to be with her family. She took her parents to dinner often and even on a life changing trip for two weeks last summer. She always took time for the important people and things in her life. Preceded in death by her sweet fur babies, Molly, Chloe, Jake, Lucy and Spooky. Kelly is survived by her beloved parents, John 'Jack' and Margie Stacy, siblings, Jeffrey (Laurie) Stacy and Jennifer (David) Greensfelder, nieces and nephews, Sarah (Liam) Wallace, Morgan Stacy, Allison Greensfelder, Ryan Greensfelder and Emily Stacy and many friends who became her family.
