Associate Vice President for Planning and Program Implementation
Muskingum University is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Associate Vice President for Planning and Program Implementation. Reporting to the Vice President for Finance & Operations and Treasurer of the University, the Associate Vice President for Planning and Program Implementation is responsible for planning, developing and directing the compilation and analysis of the annual budget as well as the financial and implementation aspects of the Strategic Plan. Other primary functions of the responsibility include the analysis of the financial position and operations of the University and supporting all areas of the institution in the budgeting process and the analysis of actual operations. The position also has direct oversight for the Auxiliary enterprises of the University and to provide implementation and support services to new program initiatives of the institution.
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, preferably with an Accounting or Finance concentration is required.

MBA, CPA, or other similar qualifications preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good analytical skills, prior in-depth experience in planning/budgeting development

Understanding of fiscal responsibility

Software systems implementation experience

Microsoft Office or related products
