Registration open for ‘May Term & More’ summer school opportunities
Registration is now open for 2018 “May Term & More,” Muskingum University’s undergraduate summer school program, which offers a broad selection of summer courses to help students accelerate progress on their degree work.
The program is open to all Muskingum University students, as well as students from other schools who are in the area during the summer. Classes are offered in a wide range of academic disciplines, including art, science, literature, business, history and much more.
The curriculum lets Muskingum students complete some of their general education requirements, enroll in classes that they were unable to schedule during the regular academic year or ease their course load during their regular school year. For new students, the summer program offers a head start on course work during their first semester.
"May Term & More” courses are available in flexible formats, including online and evening classes. Courses are also offered in 1-week, 5-week and 10-week sessions.
The class schedule for 2018 is as follows:
- May Term: May 7 – June 1, 2018
- Early Summer 5-week session: June 4 – July 7, 2018
- Summer 10-week session: June 4 – August 10, 2018
- Late Summer 5-week session: July 9 – August 10, 2018
