Local educators honored for work at National Road Elementary
National Road Elementary School Principal Michelle Jordon (left) and Muskingum University Professor of Education Dr. Linda Rogness were recently recognized by the Ohio School Boards Association for the Outstanding Student Program of the Southeast Region The innovative program was a joint science adventure development by Muskingum and the National Road Elementary as part of the 21st Century Grant. Muskingum University students enrolled in graduate and undergraduate science education methods courses worked with National Road Elementary students on hands-on experiences such as “Matter Mysteries” and “Lego Mindstorms Robots.”
