Our goal is to guide students throughout their academic journey, transforming them into meaningful employees who lead productive and fulfilling lives. This is achieved by offering programming centered around the NACE Career Competencies.
NACE launched the Career Readiness Initiative to establish a shared understanding of career success, a common vocabulary for needs and expectations, and a core set of competencies for new college graduates and career development professionals. There are Eight NACE Career Readiness Competencies, each of which can be demonstrated in a variety of ways:
