Tiesha Monroe
 Specifically, the Master of Organizational Leadership program has been a life changing experience. From the program structure to the kindness of my professors, every part of the program has been a positive, impactful space. I am able to apply what I am learning to my current job to create better results for myself. I haven’t graduated yet and I’m already seeing a return on my investment. I’m grateful for Dr. McManus and all of the Muskingum staff for giving me the opportunity to learn more about what I love, while I continue to do what I love.

Muskingum and the Master of Organizational Leadership program have helped me learn more about myself and has helped shape me into the professional I am today. There is not a day that goes by where I am not applying what I have learned through the program. The University and program will continue to have a significant impact and will help to develop future leaders.
