Henry D. Bullock Health and Wellness Complex
The Henry D. Bullock Health and Wellness Complex opened in September 2022. The state-of-the-art complex contains spaces for academics, athletics, recreation, health, and wellbeing for the campus community.
The first-floor features two spaces – the main entrance lobby and the outdoor concourse. The lobby provides access to indoor concessions as well as to the upper levels of the facility. The concourse provides hospitality facilities – including expanded concessions and ample restrooms – to serve the stadium's new traditional and non-traditional fully-accessible spectator seating.
The second floor is home to the 200-meter regulation indoor track surrounding a 60-yard turf field that serves varsity athletic teams, intramural sports, and recreational activities. The main corridor overlooks the outdoor field and is home to the fitness area and diagnostic hub. The fitness area offers advanced equipment in a location allowing seamless integration of workout routines with the use of the track and turf field for campus students, faculty, and staff. The diagnostic hub is equipped with diagnostic and training technology, and connectivity for telehealth collaborations with regional healthcare professionals, businesses, and educational institutions.
The third-floor mezzanine offers multi-purpose classrooms to meet the instructional needs of our expanding interdisciplinary programs and to support community education offerings. On game days, these areas – which overlook the outdoor field – serve as VIP spaces, media rooms, and coaches' boxes. Casual seating overlooking the indoor field provides a relaxed gathering space for students and visitors, and bleachers around the upper oval provides spectator seating for indoor track meets and other fieldhouse events.
