Innovation

Muskingum emphasizes the development of students  into innovators who create positive impact through a variety of opportunities inside and outside of the classroom. Students explore creativity through solving problems, starting organizations or organizing movements for social change.  Students will use creativity as a foundation to take action or implement solutions using diverse concepts that may be considered conceptually distant.

For example, The Ignition Program nurtures and develops entrepreneurial ideas, facilitates the sharing of skills and resources, and helps launch new products by bringing together students of any major with entrepreneurial ideas and aspirations.

Students may also apply to participate in the David and Karin Kratoville Innovation Fellows program, which strives to create a positive impact through the innovative mindset, initiative, and impactful experiences of the fellows.
