Fellows Program
The Muskingum University Fellows Program is a four-year experience for students to gain valuable experience through public service and entrepreneurship, allowing them to make a greater, positive impact in the community, state, and world.
OVERVIEW
The Fellows program is designed to be completed in a student’s four years at Muskingum University while pursuing their degree. Participants will receive a University designation upon completion in addition to their diploma.
FELLOWS AVAILABLE FOR STUDENTS
John and Annie Glenn Public Service Fellows Program: The program will transform participants into active citizens and public servants by following the three pillars of education, empowerment, and engagement.
David and Karin Kratoville Entrepreneurship Fellows Program: The program strives to create a positive impact through the innovative mindset, initiative, and impactful experiences of the fellows.
Otto and Fran Walter Humanitarian Fellows Program: The program looks to expand students’ understanding of local and global peace and justice initiatives and develop their ability to serve as leaders of social change.
International Fellows Program: The program mentors students as they experience a deeper understanding of global connections guided by multiple interdisciplinary perspectives and develops leaders for an international society.
EXPECTATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Students who accept an invitation to participate in the program agree to:
- make a four-year commitment to participate in and to complete the program;
- maintain good academic standing as set by the Fellows Program;
- maintain involvement in and lead community engagement activities.
