Students showcase artwork at annual competition exhibition
Muskingum University held its annual Student Competition Exhibition, showcasing more than 130 student-created artworks. Sculptures, ceramics, photographs, paintings, drawings, and mixed media and three-dimensional pieces were presented by students from various majors.
The following students received the Gold award: Kexin Wang of Lanzhou, China; Jordan Prall of Waverly, Ohio; Macy McAdams of Medina, Ohio; and Jennifer Ritchie of Alliance, Ohio.
The following students received the Silver award: Chengxin Mi of Lanzhou, China; Dana Davis of Cambridge, Ohio; Mallory Hill of Zanesville, Ohio; and Marissa Schafer of Macedonia, Ohio.
The following students received the Bronze award: Samantha Callahan of Somerset, Ohio; Jacob McGee of Cincinnati, Ohio; Claire Dooley of Dresden, Ohio; and Elizabeth Harper of Las Vegas, Nev.
The exhibition is open for viewing from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the Louis O. Palmer Gallery until Dec. 7.
