Muskingum University to Host Free Leadership Workshop for Community
Muskingum University’s Office of Organizational Leadership will host a free Leadership Workshop on Friday, April 25, 2025, in the University Library Colloquium. Designed for business professionals, educators, and community leaders in the region, this interactive event will explore how leadership success depends on strong team relationships and an understanding of organizational culture.
“Muskingum University is committed to supporting the region in the development of a pipeline of skilled leaders,” said Associate Director of Organizational Leadership Henry Stanford. “A strong leadership pipeline sets the stage for a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.”
Participants will engage in hands-on activities and discussions focused on overcoming leadership obstacles, managing stakeholder expectations, and fostering a positive team environment. Through this workshop, attendees will gain practical strategies to strengthen their leadership approach and improve workplace dynamics.
The event – 7:45-10:00 a.m. – begins with check-in and a complimentary breakfast, followed by a keynote presentation and interactive breakout sessions. The workshop is free to attend, and interested individuals can register here.
