Campus Hosts Prospective Muskies on Scholarship Days
More than 400 prospective admitted students and their families participated in the annual Scholarship Days, through their choice of virtual or in-person sessions conducted within careful social distancing protocols.
These potential members of the Fall 2021 incoming class engaged in faculty-led small group discussions, explored curricular and co-curricular opportunities in-depth, and toured Muskingum.
The in-person visits adhered to Ohio’s COVID-19 safety guidelines, with no more than 10 people per “pod” of guests and hosts for activities. The first-ever Virtual Scholarship Days utilized Microsoft Teams online meeting technology to provide small group discussions with faculty, larger group welcome sessions, and virtual tours.
Invitations to the Scholarship Days were extended to prospective students who have applied, been accepted, and received a scholarship to Muskingum for the Fall 2021 entering class.
