To activate your Muskingum University ID for Library resources, please complete and submit this form.  Your patron record will be created as soon as possible before 5:00 PM on weekdays or on the morning of the next business day.

You must have a Muskingum University ID in order to create a library record. For more information about obtaining your ID, contact Campus Services at x8147. The Campus Services building is located at 24 Stadium Drive and is open Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.
