At this time, insurers are prevented from denying coverage based on pre-existing conditions.

What else do I need to know?

  • You are strongly encouraged to limit your personal contact with others for 48 hours prior to testing and until your test results are returned to you.
  • If you test positive or are in contact with someone who does, you may stay on campus or go home for isolation/quarantine. You need to decide this ahead of time!
  • If you choose to return home, you will not be able to use public transportation, and you will need to follow health department protocols if you choose to return home.
