Feb. 19 at 7pm in BSC336 we will show The Magnificent Ambersons, which is Welles’s and Moorehead’s second film, and the first Oscar nomination for Moorehead. Her “boiler room scene” is amazing. Fun fact: Orson Welles reads out the credits at the end. When he names the technical crew, you also see the machine for that technical aspect. So, pretend it’s a Marvel film and stay for the credits. And also? Popcorn!
