Bio
Dr. Williams received her Bachelor's Degree in mathematics with a minor in secondary education and chemistry at Texas State University. She then went on to earn her Master's and Ph.D in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Mathematics Education at Texas A&M University. Dr. Williams was a public-school classroom teacher of Algebra 1, Geometry, and Geometry Pre-AP for three years. In addition, she taught various STEM PBL courses (i.e., Design & Engineering, Advanced Chemistry, Robotics, & 3D Printing) for Aggie STEM summer camps over 6 summers. She has taught several mathematics education courses at Texas A&M University and earned a Graduate Student Teaching Excellence Award for the 2020-2021 academic year.
