Dr. Brian King has taught at Muskingum University since 2000. He has previously taught at the University of Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky University, Indiana University-Purdue University at Columbus, and IUPU at Indianapolis. He earned a B.A. in political science and philosophy from Ohio Northern University, and a Ph.D. in political science from the University of Cincinnati.
Dr. King also coordinates the Pre-Law Program, co-directs the John and Annie Glenn Public Service Fellows Program, serves as campus liaison to the Washington Semester Program in D.C., and advises the Muskingum chapter of the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity. He sits on the Board of United Way of Guernsey, Monroe, and Noble Counties, and is involved in other community service initiatives in the area.
