The Registrar’s Office, located in Montgomery Hall room 119, supports Muskingum University’s mission to offer quality academic programs by facilitating the transition of students from initial enrollment to degree completion while ensuring adherence to academic policies and regulations, providing appropriate access to academic information, and offering accurate and timely administrative services to meet the diverse needs of students, faculty, administration, alumni and the community.

Fall 2016 Registration Information
Registration for Fall 2016 Classes will begin March 28th. Seniors register the week of the 28th, Juniors the week of April 4th, Sophomores the week of April 11th and Freshman the week of April 18th. More detailed information will the sent to students' email acounts the week of March 14th.
You can specify multiple recipients (schools, employers, self, or others) in a single request, with one or more transcripts going to each recipient. You will also be able to track the order status of your transcripts via web-login, email and text-messages. Transcripts ordered online are $8.00 per copy, with a $2.25 processing fee per address. Remember, transcripts will not be sent if you have an outstanding bill.
Graduating in 2016 or 2017?
If you are planning to graduate within the next 12-24 months, and have not yet applied to graduate, please fill out an Application to Graduate (available online or in the Registrar's Office) as soon as possible.
Advanced Placement (AP) Credit Information
If you completed AP courses in high-school you may me able to get credit for those courses at Muskingum University. The Advanced Placement Credit page has all the details.
Transferring Credits Into Muskingum University
Current students who would like to take a course at another institution and transfer the credits back to Muskingum University must first complete a Transfer Credit Petition and submit it to the Registrar's Office. Please note that the last 31 semester credit hours used toward graduation must be completed as a Muskingum University student.
