Athletic Recruiting Secretary Part Time – Muskingum University

Muskingum University seeks secretary to enter data on Front Rush for all coaches, plus help coordinate all recruiting mailings and lists for all sports at the college. This position will work directly with the Admission Office in the recruitment of student athletes.

- General Office Procedures - assist administrative assistant, facilitate mail delivery, pick-up, and distribute, answer phone when necessary

- Assist Director of Athletics, Senior Women's Administrator and Administrative Assistant with special events

Skills Required: Strong word processing and computer skills - Microsoft Word and Excel; good organizational and verbal skills required.

- Current certification through Ohio Peace Officers Council as law enforcement officer;

-Current firearms qualification as required by OPOTA;

-Knowledge of professional law enforcement methods and operations;

-Ability to relate with University students;
