Student Life Coordinator at Muskingum University. Muskingum University invites applications for a Student Life Coordinator. This position is required to live in and manage an on-campus residential facility. Act as an integral member of the Division of Student Affairs providing programs designed to support and enhance student success.

Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in Higher Education or related field preferred. Understanding of small, liberal arts, residential campus preferred. Must be a team player and interact collegially with co-workers and other constituencies. Experience with student activities and contractual agreements is a plus.

Head Men's Basketball Coach at Muskingum University. Muskingum University invites applications in the department of intercollegiate athletics for a full-time head men’s basketball coach.  Muskingum University is a Division III member of the NCAA and a member of the ten school Ohio Athletic Conference.  The successful candidate is responsible for the leadership and administration of the men’s basketball program.  Responsibilities will include the recruitment and retention of student/athletes, scheduling, purchasing of equipment, inventories, managing existing equipment, making all travel and lodging arrangements, monitoring and nurturing the student-athlete’s academic and personal progress, and organization of the total program.

This position reports directly to the Director of Athletics and will include a secondary assignment dependent upon the successful candidate’s credentials and expertise.  Possible assignments would be athletic administration, teaching within the Health and Physical Education Department, game management, etc.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree is required: Master’s Degree is preferred in Health, Physical Education, or a related field.  NCAA Division III coaching and recruiting experience required.

Candidates should possess a strong commitment to motivate, teach, counsel, and recruit student/athletes within the guidelines of Muskingum University, the NCAA and the Ohio Athletic Conference.

Help Desk & Computer Services Coordinator at Muskingum University.   Muskingum University is seeking a full-time Help Desk & Computer Services Coordinator. Graduate Assistant in Athletic Training at Muskingum University. Muskingum University is now accepting applications in the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics for a Graduate Assistant in Athletic Training.  As the graduate assistant in athletic training, the successful candidate is responsible for assigned team coverage and all injury management including rehabilitation of assigned athletes.  Additional duties include assisting with Athletic Training Room coverage, coordinating off-campus referrals and maintenance of all appropriate documentation.  Staff members will also supervise the Athletic Training students assigned to them as an ATP Preceptor.  Requirements include BA / BS Degree, NATA-BOC Certification, and have a valid Ohio license in Athletic Training by August 1, 2015.  Candidates should be able to display the ability to work independently, have strong clinical skills, show appropriate initiative, have a strong professional work ethic, and have the ability to work effectively with colleagues, medical personnel, coaches, and student-athletes.

Compensation includes housing, full graduate school tuition remission at Muskingum University, a full meal plan when the food service is open, and a stipend of $6,000.00.  This is a ten month appointment.  The employed Graduate Assistant will be issued a one-year contract renewable thru completion of the degree being pursued.
