Art professor mounts solo exhibition at Galerie Kornye

The art work of Muskingum College Associate Professor Yan Sun will be featured in a solo exhibition at the Galerie Kornye in Dallas, Texas, April 28 through June 25.

The exhibition, titled Peace and Emotion:  Yan Sun’s Paintings, will display 27 oil paintings created by Sun in recent years.

Known as a premier quality gallery since 1969, Galerie Kornye is recommended on the web site insidersAlist.com as offering only original paintings and antiques to international collectors. 

Sun joined the Muskingum College faculty in 1997.  He earned his bachelor’s degree in fine art from Northwest Normal University, his master’s degree in fine art from Xi’an University of Fine Arts and his master of fine art degree from East Texas State University.
