Lead Preschool Teacher at Muskingum University.

The Muskingum University Center for Child Development seeks applicants for a full-time, 12 month, lead preschool teacher. To serve as a primary lead teacher for preschool age children and to provide coordination and support of efforts to maintain and enhance programming for children, parents and University students in their experience.

Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education required. Must have the following forms on file to meet federal, as well as individual state requirements (i.e. Medical Statement, Statement of Non conviction, Three Childcare Employee Reference Forms, Medical Statement, Rules Review Statement, Confidentiality Statement, Communicable Disease, First Aid & Safety, CPR, Child Abuse & preventions, Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation Criminal Background Check, (BCI & FBI Fingerprints), Copy of Personal Resume, State of Ohio Department of Education Teaching License, College Transcripts, High School Diploma (or highest level of completed schooling), and maintain credentials for the position (i.e. ongoing training & renewal).

Assistant Men's Basketball & Head Men's Golf Coach at Muskingum University.

Muskingum University is now accepting applications in the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics for a combined full-time position as Assistant Men's Basketball Coach and Head Men's Golf Coach. As the Assistant Men's Basketball Coach, the successful candidate is responsible for on floor coaching, film breakdowns, recruiting, game preparation, practice schedules, coach the junior varsity team, retention of our current student/athletes, and other duties as assigned by the head men's basketball coach. As the head men's golf coach, the successful candidate is responsible for maintenance of the men's golf program, recruiting, retention, equipment, inventory, practice schedules, scheduling, travel arrangements, and other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics. This position will also have the additional duties of teaching within the Health and Physical Education Department.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree is required Master's Degree is preferred. Must have coaching experience. Candidates should possess a strong commitment to motivate, teach, counsel, and recruit student/athletes within the guidelines of the NCAA and the Ohio Athletic Conference.

Coordinator of Student Involvement at Muskingum University.

Muskingum University is now accepting applications for a full-time Coordinator of Student Involvement to serve as a primary professional contact for students and staff regarding Muskingum University student organizations. Position serves partial time in the Career Services office. Act as an integral member of the Student Affairs team that provides a program designed to support and enhance student success.

Qualifications: Master's degree in Counseling, Student Personnel or related field preferred. Bachelor's degree required. Must have 2-4 ears of full time experience in a student affairs position and the desire to serve as a generalist in the Division of Student Affairs. Understanding of small, liberal arts residential campus preferred. Must be a team player and interact collegially with co-workers and other constituencies. Weekend and evening work are vital to the success of this position.
