Clinical Practice Applications
Students planning to complete a clinical practice are required to submit a completed clinical practice application to Marla Hawthorne: 740-826-8037, 740-826-6038 (fax), marlah@muskingum.edu, or mail c/o Graduate and Continuing Studies.

Clinical practice application due dates for:
Fall term: May 1
Spring I term: November 1
Spring II term: January 1

Applications are available under "Forms" below, and outside of Montgomery Hall Rm 211.

Remember to contact your advisor to request a student audit prior to beginning clinical practice. A MAT/MAP clinical practice seminar orientation meeting will be held prior to beginning clinical practice.

Praxis II Tests
MAT students are required to pass the appropriate Praxis II Content Area Test(s) before beginning Clinical Practice. MAT students must pass the necessary Praxis II Test Content Area Test (s) and PLT Test prior to graduating and becoming licensed.

MAE students must pass the appropriate Praxis II Content Area Test(s), and, if necessary, the PLT test, before applying for licensure.
