The purpose of this program is to provide a safe and caring environment for school age children before and after school. Activities are planned to provide many choices for the children, including but not limited to indoor and outdoor physical activities, literacy and creative activities, games, and computer activities are available. Quiet spaces for reading, doing homework, or listening to music are also part of the room environment. An afternoon snack is provided for all children in the program.
Public School Closings
MCCCD will accommodate 11 school age children when there is an emergency closing (such as a snow emergency), or on dates that the public school is closed but the MCCCD is open. The day MUST be paid for ($20.00) at the time that you request a space for your child.
