Nesselroad named OAC T&F Female Athlete of the Week
NEW CONCORD, OHIO, January 21, 2008 - Muskingum freshman Hallie Nesselroad has been honored as the Ohio Athletic Conference Women's Track & Field Athlete of the Week following her impressive debut at the Marietta Invitational.
Nesselroad won her first career collegiate event with a first place finish in the 500-meter run (1:21.31). She was also a member of the first place 4x200 relay team (1:51.70) that featured junior Deanna Dobos and freshmen Hannah Hilliard and Whitney Ziemer. Nesselroad rounded out her outstanding debut with another first place finish on the 4x400 relay team (4:23.97) with Dobos and freshman Brittany Willis and junior Melinda Paine.
