Johnston named OAC Hitter of the Week

NEW CONCORD, MAY 1, 2005 - The Ohio Athletic Conference has announced that junior outfielder Juli Johnston has been named OAC Softball Hitter the Week.

Johnston crushed three home runs and tallied 13 total bases in game two against Heidelberg, becoming just the 22nd player in NCAA Division III history to hit three long balls in one game and the 13th player in D-III history to tally 13 total bases in one game. On the week, Johnston batted .400 with eight runs and seven RBIs.
