McKenzie named OAC Women's Basketball Player of the Week
NEW CONCORD, OHIO, December 10, 2007 -
The Ohio Athletic Conference has announced that Muskingum College junior post Jessica McKenzie has been named OAC Women's Basketball Player of the Week.
 McKenzie dominated the paint en route to her third double-double of the young season with 15 points and 15 rebounds to help lead Muskingum to a win over Otterbein College last Saturday. She shot .778 (7-of-9) from the field and recorded six assists and two steals.
McKenzie ranks first in the OAC in rebounds per game (10.4 rpg), second in field goal shooting percentage (.597) and fifth in scoring (15.7 ppg) and blocks (1.0 bpg).
This marks the fifth time McKenzie has been honored in her career as the OAC Player of the Week.
