Pittis named OAC Men's Basketball Player of the Week

NEW CONCORD, OHIO, February 7, 2005 -The Ohio Athletic Conference has announced that Muskingum junior center Cole Pittis has been named OAC Men's Basketball Player of the Week.

In three games last week, Pittis was 17-of-27 (.630) from the field, including 4-of-8 (.500) from the three-point line with 13 assists. Pittis scored 47 points, pulled down 12 rebounds and added a block . Pittis also helped lead Muskingum to back-to-back wins on consecutive days at league-leading Capital University and at home against eighth-ranked and league-leading John Carroll University.
